Can I return a personalized or custom-made product?

The majority of the products and equipment of beaconing and signalling proposed by our company Proteclight can be returned. However, certain personalized products created to measure according to your needs cannot be returned or exchanged.

In accordance with the article L.121-20-2 3° of the French Code of Consumption, the right of retractation cannot be exercised for the goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized. Consequently, the right of withdrawal from which the consumers benefit under the terms of the article L. 121-20 of the Code of the Consumption can be exercised only for the following products:

• Pre-cut Beaconing Kit Renault MASTER ;

• Pre-cut Beaconing Kit Renault KANGOO ;

• Pre-cut Beaconing Kit Renault TRAFIC ;

• Pre-cut Beaconing Kit Peugeot PARTNER / RIFTER ;

• Traffic road cone with customization ;
