What are our delivery methods ?

Proteclight offers 6 shipping methods:

• On-site pick-up: 14 Route de Francheville, 69630 Chaponost, France 
• Mondial Relay: relay point delivery service. 
• DPD Classic: delivery service for professionals. 
• DPD Domicile Predict: home delivery service by appointment. 
• Transport SCHENKER: delivery service for bulky packages. 
• TNT: delivery service outside metropolitan France. 

Delivery times* are : 

• On-site pick-up: pick-up within 48 hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. 
• Mondial Relay : delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
• DPD Classic : delivery within 24/48 hours (working days). 
• DPD Domicile Predict: delivery within 24/48 hours (working days) in the time period that is most convenient for you (among the choices offered by DPD). 
• Transport SCHENKER: delivery within 48 hours (working days).
• TNT : delivery within 3 to 5 working days depending on the country.

*As these are custom-made products, the pre-cut marker kits for intervention vehicles have a delivery time of about 1 week.
