This 75cm high traffic cone has a 4.2 kg ballasted base, ideal for holding it in place on the tracks and retractable rollers from the Skipper range of markers. This cone from Lubeck also has two class 2 high intensity retro-reflective strips at the regulatory height of standard traffic cones. The base of this Lübeck cone is made of black recycled rubber while its structure is made of orange soft PVC.
